Heritage Club

The Heritage Club at YMCA Southcoast is made up of friends of the YMCA that are committed to furthering the mission of the YMCA for years to come. Through their generous contributions, these individuals have given us the means to maintain long-range financial stability. This ensures that our programs and traditions will continue to impact future generations.

YMCA Southcoast invites you to join this special group of like-minded individuals who have the foresight to invest in the future of children and families within the community of the Southcoast by making a planned gift to YMCA Southcoast.  The members of the club include individuals who have made a contribution to the YMCA Southcoast Endowment Fund through a planned gift of any amount or an outright cash gift of at least $1,000.

Becoming a Heritage Club member is the strongest statement of support to the mission that a friend of the YMCA can make. Consider your own legacy by contributing to the Endowment Fund.    If you are interested in receiving information on becoming a Heritage Club member, please contact Rhonda Veugen at 508.996.9622 x 128 or rveugen@ymcasouthcoast.org.

"We should so live and labor in our times that what came to us as seed may go to the next generation as blossom, and what came to us as blossom may go to them as fruit. This expresses the true spirit in the love of mankind." - Henry Ward Beecher

Heritage Club Apple Orchard

The Heritage Club Apple Orchard has been established at YMCA Southcoast and can be visited at the Dartmouth Y on Gulf Hill Road.  The trees have been planted and although they are very young, we estimate they will begin producing apples for the Sharing the Harvest Farm Project by the year 2015.  There is great symbolism in the planting of these trees in honor of those that have chosen to give to YMCA Southcoast in this very special way.
This is where the file will go.
