Nestled in the heart of the seaport cultural district downtown, the New Bedford YMCA offers a wide variety of activities for all ages. This 60,000-square-foot facility combines a historic look with a modern feel, complete with state-of-the-art equipment and resources you would expect of a large facility while maintaining its family feel and unique layout.

Located on the beautiful Mattapoisett Harbor, the Mattapoisett YMCA offers a wide range of programming for all ages. With a quarter-mile of beach front, our unique location allows our Summer Day Camp to provide activities that will challenge your children and help them to grow and excel.

The Gleason Family YMCA has been serving Wareham and the surrounding communities since its doors opened in 2004 by offering programming for people at every age and stage of life. The Gleason Family YMCA offers a variety of programming from aquatics, after-school care, youth sports, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA. The Gleason Family YMCA is truly a “Community YMCA,” impacting lives each and every day. Community Market on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month.

The Fall River YMCA has been serving the Greater Fall River area since 1857. We are committed to strengthening our community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility in the same building in downtown historic Fall River.

Located on 36 acres of beautiful land in Swansea, Camp Weetamoe features state-of-the-art sports fields, an Adventure Course, and a 20-foot tall inflatable water slide. Campers will spend each day rotating through a number of activities, including sports, arts and crafts, high and low ropes elements, archery, science experiments, and everything else Stoico/FIRSTFED YMCA has to offer.

Daily activities include gym and outdoor games, swimming, rock climbing, archery, drama, enrichment activities and so much more. Camp Frederick Douglass at the New Bedford YMCA honors the legacy of world-renowned African-American social reformer, abolitionist, orator, writer, and statesman, Frederick Douglass. In addition to our traditional camp games and activities, campers will learn about Frederick Douglass and the history of his time in the city of New Bedford through daily projects, field trips, museum visits, and hands-on activities.

Camp Nep-In-Nae is located at the Gleason Family YMCA. We offer a wide variety of camp activities, with our main features being our outdoor and indoor swimming pools, outdoor high and low ropes course, indoor climbing wall, and full-size gymnasium.

Camp Quequechan offers campers two great facilities for the price of one. Campers are transported daily to our outdoor facility in Swansea located on 36 acres of beautiful land. Children are grouped by age and rotate through activities such as archery, theater and dance, art, STEM, nature, high and low ropes courses, and daily traditional sports and camp games.

Precautions will continue to be taken to ensure the health and safety of our members and staff at YMCA Southcoast branches:
Clean and disinfect surfaces with increased effort and frequency
Ensure anti-bacterial agents are available for member use
Elevate staff awareness and establish clear guidelines so that staff can help members stay healthy

The Y offers a wide range of swimming options for the whole family including traditional learn to swim classes starting with infants right through to adults; specialty programs for diverse abilities; water sports & games; private & semi-private swim lessons; swim team; Master’s style swim conditioning; aquatic exercise classes; open swim & lap swim times.

The Gleason Family YMCA has two beautiful swimming pools; one is a six-lane indoor pool that includes zero-entry sides with a slide and several other water features. In July of 2010, a new outdoor pool was opened that includes a large zero-entry side, several water features, and three lap lanes.

The Y Aquatic programs are positive, fun, healthy activities that build athletic, social and interpersonal skills. Swimming builds self-confidence and develops the whole person – spirit, mind and body. Instructional swim classes are divided into ability groups where our trained instructors emphasize personal safety, swimming skills, endurance and social skills while guiding students with praise and encouragement.

In this class, participants will also learn the benefits of Tang Soo Do, and the spirit of competition in a positive manner: as well as teamwork, fair play, and positive character. They will develop a sense of self-satisfaction, while learning that with hard work, anything is possible

Since 2001, The Dartmouth YMCA has been providing quality programs and services to meet the needs of our community. Our facility offers a premier summer camp, year-round child care services, group exercise classes, LIVESTRONG for Cancer survivors, youth sports and enrichment classes, and summer swim lessons. Set on 60 acres of beautiful conservation land, we also operate the 4.2-acre Sharing the Harvest Community Farm, which has donated more than 450,000 pounds of produce to our community since 2006.

Our facility offers a premier summer camp, year-round child care services, group exercise classes, LIVESTRONG for Cancer survivors, youth sports and enrichment classes, and summer swim lessons. Set on 60 acres of beautiful conservation land, we also operate the 4.2-acre Sharing the Harvest Community Farm, which has donated more than 450,000 pounds of produce to our community since 2006.

Camp Metacomet offers an ideal setting for all campers to explore, learn skills, develop character, and create lasting memories with new friends. Camp Metacomet is located on 58 acres of ecologically diverse land, with an outdoor pool and plenty of opportunities to play.
