Dartmouth YMCA Personal Trainers

Candee

Bio: Has worked at the Dartmouth YMCA since January of 2015. Her stretch classes are the most well attended class on the schedule. Candee is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She is also certified in LiveStrong and Enhanced Fitness. She is a former owner of Curves Health Club where she was a certified weight loss instructor using kinesiology, nutritional and behavioral modification. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband Tom and their cat Rocco.

Availability: Tuesdays from 9:00 am- 1:00 pm, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays after 1 pm. She can be reached at clafauci@ymcascs.org

Dyana

Bio: Dyana has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and is nationally certified with ACE. She has experience as a Personal Trainer working with all ages from teens to seniors as well as instructing small to larger group exercise classes. Dyana’s passion for fitness began at age 15 and it only grew from there, 25 years later and she is still excited every time she walks into a weight room. She find it very rewarding to share her passion with others and make a difference in their lives.

Availability: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 am- 3:00 pm and can be reached at dmeehan@ymcasc.org
