Achieving your fitness goals is hard, but we’re here to help! Personal Training allows you to work one-on-one, or in a small group, with a certified trainer to establish your goals and make a plan to succeed. We offer full-hour or half-hour personal training sessions that will leave you feeling great and energetic.

YMCA personal trainers come from as many different backgrounds and walk of life as our members do, and we take great care in matching members with the right personal trainer.
